Mission
At CS VISOR, our mission is to use our business and technical expertise to make a constructive contribution to Cyber and Information Security. Our approach is based on the 3P concept: People – Product – Process.
- People: Our primary goal is to qualify personnel for Security Operations Centers (SOC) and many other information security roles. Our hands-on training in a real Security Operations Center prepares participants for their future roles. Their skills are then reinforced through career coaching with our proven mentoring program. Finally, as part of the Career Placement Project, they are placed as qualified professionals with interested customers and partners in order to counteract the shortage of skilled workers.
- Product: We help build resilience by conducting GAP analyses for organizations to determine resource requirements in terms of people, products and processes. In addition, we evaluate the IT infrastructure through vulnerability analyses and penetration tests as well as all service modules of the Managed Security Service.
- Process: We help organizations optimize their security processes, take appropriate measures to strengthen the resilience of their IT systems, and develop efficient, sustainable, and future-proof security strategies.
