About IT Career Boost
The IT Career Boost is a comprehensive coaching program designed to prepare participants for permanent employment in the IT sector (group program).
It addresses job seekers with proven IT knowledge who wish to accelerate their professional integration into the IT industry through intensive and practice-oriented coaching.
The program combines individual career coaching with hands-on IT mentoring.
Coaches provide tailored guidance, application strategies, and interview preparation, while mentors deliver practical IT training and project-based learning.
This synergy not only identifies and strengthens personal skills but also empowers participants to confidently present their abilities in real-world scenarios and job interviews.
Structured in a modular format, the IT Career Boost allows participants to achieve multiple career objectives across different modules, such as
skills assessment, personalized training paths, portfolio development, and networking with potential employers.
Each module is designed to be both flexible and outcome-oriented, ensuring that participants gain measurable progress at every stage.
The ultimate goal is to expand existing competencies, enhance employability, and create sustainable career opportunities.
Participants leave the program better prepared for the job market, equipped with practical experience, and ready to secure a permanent role in IT.
