About IT Career Boost

The IT Career Compass is an individual orientation and coaching program designed to guide participants into the IT sector.
It is tailored for career changers and job seekers who want to assess their suitability for IT, explore career opportunities, and define realistic entry strategies.

The program combines personalized career coaching with practical orientation modules.
Coaches help participants identify strengths, interests, and learning styles, while providing guidance on IT job roles, training paths, and career planning.
This one-on-one approach ensures that participants receive individual attention and support throughout their journey.

Structured in a modular format, the IT Career Compass covers areas such as potential analysis, IT career field insights, entry strategies, and personal action planning.
Each module is designed to be flexible and tailored, enabling participants to set achievable career goals and move forward with confidence.

The ultimate goal is to provide clarity, orientation, and a concrete roadmap for entering the IT sector.
Participants leave the program with a clear understanding of their personal strengths, realistic career perspectives, and the next steps toward employment or further training.
