Cybersecurity needs more diverse perspectives, more role models – and more women in leading roles. With the Women in Cyber initiative, CS VISOR Academy offers women a structured, supportive and career-focused pathway into the cyber world: from beginner to job-ready professional.
As a proud member of the EU Cyber Skills Academy, CS VISOR is launching a large-scale initiative to support women who want to begin a career in IT, technology, or cybersecurity.
By 2027, we will train 500 women through a free, 2-week, 50-hour intensive learning program covering:
- IT Fundamentals
- Cybersecurity Fundamentals
- Security Technologies
- Identity, Governance & Risk
- Compliance & Frameworks
- Cryptography
- SOC & Modern Threat Landscape
- Mentorship & Career Orientation
This program is designed for women entering the tech world for the first time — no prior experience is required.
