With the Women in Cyber initiative, CS VISOR Academy offers a structured and supportive introduction to cybersecurity , designed especially for women who want to explore a career in tech.
As a proud member of the EU Cyber Skills Academy, CS VISOR is launching this initiative to help women understand the fundamentals of cybersecurity and discover potential career paths .
By 2027, we aim to introduce 500 women to cybersecurity through a free, 2-week (50-hour) introductory training program , covering:
- IT Fundamentals
- Cybersecurity Basics
- Security Technologies
- Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Cryptography
- SOC & Threat Landscape
- Career Orientation & Mentorship
This program is designed as an entry point.
It provides foundational knowledge and helps participants understand whether cybersecurity is the right path for them.
Participants who wish to continue their journey can explore our advanced, long-term cybersecurity training programs.

What to Expect After You Apply
Once you submit the form, our team will carefully review your information and match you with the right opportunity — whether you're joining as a trainee, mentor, or partner.
- 📬 You will receive a confirmation email within 2–3 working days.
- 🧑🏫 Trainee applicants may be invited to an online info session or pre-assessment call.
- 🤝 Mentors and partners will be contacted for a short alignment meeting to discuss collaboration formats.
- 🛠️ Selected candidates will be onboarded into our programs or projects accordingly.
